Our Policy is Simple

Simpleplanning.com is committed to collecting as little information from you as possible - we like to keep things simple. If fact, we pride ourselves on never asking for information until you are absolutely ready to purchase one of our products. Even then, we collect only the bare minimum information required to process the order.

Our Payment Policy

Simpleplanning.com does not collect credit card related information such as your credit cart number, address or phone number. All credit card transactions are managed by Paypal.com. The credit card information obtained by Paypal.com is NEVER revealed to Simpleplanning.com.

Our Product is Private

At Simpleplanning.com, we don't like online programs that ask for your personal bank account information, or ask you to enter personal information into online software. We will never ask for personal bank account information for the purpose of linking our software to your accounts (or otherwise). Instead, we offer financial templates that are simple Excel spreadsheet downloads. The information you enter into these spreadsheets stays on your computer and is NEVER transmitted back to Simpleplanning.com. As an added level of privacy, our planners allow you to password protect the workbook so only those with your password can open your planner.

Disclosure to PayPal Customers: your credit card number, bank account and other financial information will NEVER be revealed to anyone whom you have paid or who has paid you through PayPal, except if we are required to do so pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process.

Simpleplanning Premium Access Service

Simpleplanning.com offers an optional service to store your planner on our secure server. The file, and the information stored in your file, will be saved on a secure server that only you can access. Your file can only be accessed with your unique username and password. Only you will have access to your file.
NOTICE: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Premium Access username and password. If you believe that your username and password have been stolen or been made known to others, please change your password here and contact us immediately at privacy@simpleplanning.com.
