I just signed up. What are the next steps?
Now that you have signed up, we need to set up your secure account -
this process usually takes a couple hours. On busier days, it may take us up to 48 hours to set up your account
.
When your account is set up, you will be notified via email from Simpleplanning Premium Access. This email will be sent to the email address you used
when you signed up.
This email will have your username, password and the link to the Simpleplanning Premium Access site.
If for some reason you do not get an email within 48 hours, please:
1. Check your spam folder first.
2. Check to make sure your in the email account you provided when you signed up.
If you do not see our email, then email us at premiumaccess@simpleplanning.net
I have my username and password, now what do I do?
Now that your account is set up, log in to your Premium Access account here: Premium Access site
Once logged in, you will find a blank copy of your planner. You can access this blank planner at any time in case you want to start with a fresh copy.
When you are ready to upload your saved planner - the one you have entered budget details into - be sure to save the planner with a unique file name.
This way you will avoid confusing your saved planner with the blank copy pre-loaded to your account.
How do I upload my saved planner?
Before uploading your planner, be sure to save the planner using a unique file name.

Uploading your saved planner:
1. Log into your account with the username and password you were sent from Simpleplanning Premium Access
2. At the top of the Home screen, you will see an "Add Document" button. Click this button.
3. At the next screen, on the "File Location" line, you will click the "Browse" button.
4. A window will pop up and you will locate your planner on your computer.
5. Once you've located your planner on your computer, click the Open button at the lower right of this window.
6. Next, select the appropriate category name.
7. Type in a description on the Description line (optional).
8. Add comments to the Comment box (optional).
9. Click the Submit button
You should now see a screen notification (in blue) that the document was loaded successfully.
How do I download my planner?
To download your planner:
1. Log into your account with the username and password you were sent from Simpleplanning Premium Access
2. At the "Home" screen you will see your planner(s)
3. Click "View" to the left of the file you would like to download.
4. A download box should pop up giving you the choice to save of open the planner.
5. Click save and select the folder on your computer where you would like to save the planner (we recommend the Desktop).
